摘要
The aim of this paper is to solve the wellposedness problem for the Sturm-Liouville operator with Coulomb potential. By using the Mizutani's method, it will be shown that the difference potential functions vertical bar(q) over tilde (x) - q (x)vertical bar is small, if {mu(n), (alpha) over tilde (n)} are close to {lambda(n), alpha(n)} (n is an element of N) in a certain sense.
