摘要：

A characteristic of modern soccer playing is the importance of group and team tactical capabilities. A particularly popular defensive tactic is zonal coverage or area coverage, which is used by almost all high-ranking teams. Unlike man-to-man coverage, coaches find this type of organization more efficient but rather difficult to teach, because the players' attention needs to be focused on several different aspects (ball, opponents, teammates) at any time and playing situations change dynamically (Bangsbo & Peitersen, 2002). Leser, Uhlig and Uhlig (2007) presented a multimedia teaching and learning application that enables persons with little previous knowledge to learn and teach zonal coverage in soccer efficiently. This paper gives an overview of the original e-learning application, describes the underlying concepts and then presents the system extensions developed on the basis of the results of a program evaluation.
