摘要
The implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy in our country signifies the significant adjustment of our fertility policies, embodying the value return of fertility policies from "efficiency" to "equity". However, gender consciousness is lacking in the process of formulation and implementation of fertility policies. The policies and laws that seem to protect women do not take the different influences of their implementation effects on men and women into consideration, ignoring the interests appeals of women in participating in social activities, aggravating the unfavorable status of women, deviating from the value pursuit of fertility policies. Therefore, the government should accelerate the mainstream process of society gender, increasing investment on fertility issues, ensuring that women will not lose their rights in social participation because of childbearing.
