摘要
This study proposes and successfully demonstrates an imaging technique to visualize in-plane electric current vector distributions using a plate-shape magneto-optical (MO) sensor. The technique is based on the method proposed by Roth et al. [J. Appl. Phys.65, 361 (1989)] but configured with the original algorithm for the use of a planar sensor and for future prompt display. The division in the Fourier domain is avoided for the suppression of unnecessary noise enhancement. The signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range are evaluated, and the effects of the MO characteristics are discussed.
