摘要：
The paper defines the quality-demand risk of supply chain, which is one type of quality risks of supply chain. The quality-demand risk can bring on failure to satisfy the customer demand for quality due to its ambiguity and variability. The customer demand for quality improves along with time and customer experience. Also at one time, the customer demand for quality is unclear, which is more unspecific than the customer demand for price and time. Based on the definition, the paper analyzes the sources and influencing factors of the quality-demand risk The level of the quality-demand risk lies with the knowledge of the customer demand for quality, the quality capability and the responsive speed of the supply chain. The paper also gives the value model of the quality-demand risk of supply chain in the development of product, and brings forward the basic framework of implementing QFD in the development of product so as to reduce and prevent the quality-demand risk.
