摘要:
Spinel Li4Ti(5-x)O12Alx(x = 0, 0.05) was synthesized via sol gel method. The samples were sintered at 800 degrees C for 4 hours. The characterization of material and electrochemical performance was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, charge discharge test, cyclic voltammetry and EIS. The results show that the addition of doping Al3+ ion does not changed the structure of Li4Ti5O12. The anodic and cathodic current peaks from cyclic voltammogram are higher and sharper as scan rate increases. The electrical conductivity Al-doped Li4Ti5O12 has higher than Li4Ti5O12 pristine. Charge discharge curve indicated that Li4Ti5O12 pristine has good rate capability battery. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
