摘要
Virtual instrument (VI) technology motivates test instrument going to multi-channel, high speed, automatic, micromation and intelligent. Component technology is able to decrease the period of developing instrument and increase the using repeatability of system. A novel noise test system based on component and virtual instrument is proposed in this paper. This system realizes all noise test functions designed, which demonstrates the advantages and feasibility of applying component technology to VI developing.
