摘要
NO3- is the main component of PM2.5. NO3- will be converted into carcinogenic and teratogenic nitrite by microorganisms in the intestine after ingestion by human body. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish a rapid, sensitive, simple and accurate NO3- detection method. This work used UiO-67 directly as an electrode material to construct a UiO-67/glass carbon electrode (GCE) sensor. The work carefully investigated its electrochemical detection of NO3- in PM2.5. Its current response to NO3- was explored by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and a pair of reversible redox peaks was found. The work explored the effects of pH and interfering species on the sensing performance. The results showed that the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) detected NO3- in the linear range of 6.67x 10(-6)similar to 2.00x 10(-4) M at UiO-67/CCE with a detection limit of 2 mu M. The sensor was successfully used for the detection of actual atmospheric PM 2.5 samples.
