摘要
The nanocrystalline thin films of Zn doped CdSe are prepared by thermal vaccum evaporation using the Inert Gas Condensation method at room temperature. The effect of light soaking has been studied using transmission measurements for nanocrystalline Zn doped CdSe thin films. The transmission spectra are recorded in the transmission range 400-2500 nm at room temperature. The results indicate that the optical band gap decreases after light soaking. Photoluminescence spectral variation has also been studied after light soaking.
