Research on the Information Platform during Multi-programme Management in Concurrent Engineering

On the basis of the introduction to concurrent engineering, the article briefly discussed the application of concurrent engineering in project management, then studied the current application status of concurrent engineering in the process of project management. The demand for information communication in concurrent engineering and multi-programme management is researched. The importance of information in multi-programme management is analyzed. The paper explained the components and functions of the information platform, and based on the characteristics of construction enterprises, it also demonstrated the establishment of the information platform in multiprogramme management and pointed out several problems, existing in the building process of multi-programme management information system in concurrent engineering. And some measures were put forward to solve these problems.
