摘要：

The paper analyzes data of the questionnaire collected from 564 respondents who have graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Management, University of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic, since it was established in 1993. The analysis mainly focuses on the quality of study programs, course of study and competences, which graduates developed in the study. These outputs are considered and discussed from the point of (a) employers 'requirements on theoretical knowledge and practical skills the graduates (i.e. their potential employees) should have and (b) graduates 'evaluation of their own competences reached within the course of study.
