摘要
Air temperature of 6 points in the summer in Tianjin city show that the average Urban Heat Island (UHI) intensity is about 3-5 degrees C. In addition, the data indicates different urban area has different local UHI because of unbalanced development. With the help of Building energy consumption simulation software - Energy Plus, the paper analyzed the extent of influence of UHI intensity on office building cooling load in different area of Tianjin city and discussed the influence of UHI on cooling load of office buildings with different envelope thermal property. The results disclosed that the UHI increased the peak cooling load of downtown office building up to 5.71%. The building envelope thermal sensitivity enhances the effect of heat island on building's cooling load: when UHI intensity increases 1 degrees C, sensitive building's cooling load increases 2.82%, and insensitive building increases 2.21%.
