摘要
Objective to analyze the law of clinical use of erysipelas by data mining technology. Methods the clinical research literature on Chinese medicine for external use of erysipelas from 2010 to 2019 was searched, and the information of the prescriptions was extracted. The selected prescriptions were extracted using Excel 2013, Clementine 12.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. Perform frequency analysis, association rule analysis and factor analysis to analyze drug characteristics and compatibility rules. Result (1) Among the Chinese medicines with higher frequency, there are Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma and so on.(2) The taste of the drug was mainly bitter and sweet; the drug was mostly cold; the classics were concentrated in the stomach channel and liver channel, heart channel.(3) A total of 17 core combinations were obtained through association rule analysis. A total of 5 common factors were extracted. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of erysipelas, attention should be paid to the use of heat-clearing drugs, especially heat-clearing and dampness, heat-clearing and detoxification. Focus on the selection of bitter cold drugs and liver channel, stomach channel drugs.Its potential drugs for the Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex-Angelicae Dahuricae Radix-Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma, etc. can be an important research direction in the future.
