摘要
The Mossbauer spectra of nanostructured Pd-Fe solid solutions with 10, 20 and 30 at% Fe are reported. The nanostructured alloys were in the form of freestanding films obtained via pulsed electrodeposition synthesis on titanium substrates. As-deposited and thermally annealed samples were examined, Finite-size effects in the nanostructured films were observed and a magnetic grain reorientation in the as-deposited films was detected upon annealing. The Mossbauer data corroborate XRD and TEM measurements in which the introduction of iron into palladium contributes to the thermal stability of the nanostructured state against grain growth at high temperatures.
