摘要：
The harmonization of national legislation with international one has been a concern of the Romanian legislator. Globalization, which marks the twenty-first century has a direct impact on crime, which in the recent years has acquired new transactional meanings. In this universal and regional context, our research purpose will be discussing the intensification of international cooperation in criminal matters and the adopting new legal instruments designed to provide an effective response to a borderless criminality.
