摘要：
The developing world has seen heightened efforts in enshrining technology applications in its business processes in the realm of e-Government. The motivation to implement e-Government has been accentuated by the perceived positive benefits on public service. However, many e-Government interventions in the developing world contexts fail. This paper presents a conceptual e-Government implementation strategy for Zambia. It is anticipated that the proposed framework may be used in developing world contexts and therefore guide e-Government implementation.
