This article uses diamond mode to analysis the influence of factors of industrial competitiveness in the qualitative, and thus build the photovoltaic industry competitiveness evaluation index system of Hebei Province, as a result of evaluating indicator multi-level, As well as majority of target's with difficulty quantification and the fuzziness, adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze the Hebei photovoltaic industry competitive power, And from the results of analysis.
