摘要
Data processing speed is quicker and quicker with constant improvement of informatization degree in modern society. However, modern signal processing system has to adopt means of integrated optics for coping with increasing challenges. However, integrated optical components composed of traditional dielectric have fundamental difficulties in the aspects of miniaturization and high density because of diffraction limit. In the paper, surface plasmon, surface plasmon polaritons and surface plasmon optical waveguide concepts are discussed. On the basis, the array of processing square lattice and square medium hole slot on metal surface is designed, and direction propagation of optical waves on the structure surface is controlled through changing width and depth of square lattice, distribution of dielectric permittivity epsilon and wave source width. Research in the paper lays foundation for realization of all-optical loop. Its design, production and application have important significance for miniaturization and high density of integrated optical components.
