摘要：

The main subject of this paper is machine translation of the Bulgarian verb forms into English. The main difficulties for machine translation, caused by the grammatical features of both languages and qualitative and quantitative differences between the verb systems, are presented. In the text we also introduce a parallel analysis between the theoretical model for transfer-based machine translation and data extracted from language corpus.
