摘要
Many of the actually Romanian industrial structures are simply not adequate to respond to the new market requirements. The implementation of flexible manufacturing systems is a hard challenge which requires an up-down paradigm shift and it has to be based on the best practices, expertise, and models. ROM@IT (ROM@nian Intelligent Technology) is a proposed project regarding a robotic welding system, It aims to intensify, the pro-active measures in order to develop the performance and competitiveness of the Romanian industrial companies.
