摘要：
This review article describes synthesis and cyclization reactions of cyano ketene N, S and S, S-acetals as a building unit for the synthesis ofa wide variety of fusedand five-to sevenmembered heterocycles such as:pyrazoles, thiazole, thiadiazoles, thiophene,triazole, pyridines, pyrimidines,azepinesand quinazoline.
