摘要
The review summarizes the results of long-term studies having a general idea of the modeling of solid-state processes based on the principle of biological recognition. In all studies considered in this review, new-generation stationary phases, so-called macroporous monolithic sorbents, were used as supporting media. The developed biological recognition systems established the basis of the methods for the fine isolation and highly sensitive analysis of biological substances having different structures and functionality.
