摘要
We present the results of a microwave based sensor with a vertically grown multi-walled nanotube array as sensing materials. The sensitivity is measured to be -2.5 KHz/ppm for ammonia concentrations of 1000 ppm in an ambient environment. The frequency shift mechanism is explained.
