Study on the Obtaining and Management of Technology Innovation Intelligence Based on the Technology Mining

Now the impact of disruptive technology innovation is more and more important and tremendous on society and economy, but it is rather difficult to manage the disruptive technology. To manage the technology innovation the technology information is needed, but now the data and information are various and complex, so obtaining and usage of technology information is one of the most important issues on MOT. This paper study on the obtain mechanism of technology information and the management during technology innovation based on technology mining technique. This paper analyse meaning and characters about technology intelligence and disruptive technology in-depth, then study on technology intelligence obtain method and mechanism of technology innovation, specially analyse principle and process of technology mining technique to obtain technology information, finally discuss the management theory of technology information on the modem management of technology innovation.
