摘要
Graphitized carbon nitride (g-C3N4), as a typical two-dimensional nano-material, has become a popular candidate material for functional membranes because of its customizable structure and good stability. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic properties, preparation methods and modification methods of original g-C3N4. Then, a series of construction methods of g-C3N4-based composite membranes are summarized. Finally, we focus on several typical applications such as ultrafiltration membranes, oil-water separation membranes, pollutant degradation membranes, osmosis membranes (traditional reverse osmosis membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, and forward osmosis membranes), pervaporation membranes, and gas phase separation membranes.
