摘要:
In order to untangle the mystery of knowledge transfer between partners, this paper examined the relationships among specific investment of distributor, manufacturer's trust and knowledge transfer from manufacturer (KTM) in distribution channels on a sample of 225 dyadic Chinese frills. The results show that specific investment of distributor has an inverted U-shaped relationship with KTM. Manufacturer's trust is positively related to KTM. Furthermore, this study finds that the interaction effect of specific investment of distributor and manufacturer's trust oil the KTM is complementary.
