Band gap of CdTe thin films - The dependence on temperature

摘要：
The temperature dependence of band gap was calculated from absorption coefficient and photocurrent data of CdTe thin films electrodeposited on stainless steel (SS) foils. Accurate transmittance measurements were accomplished by lifting off the CdTe films from opaque SS susbtrate and transferring on to a glass slide.
