摘要
In recent years core competence is viewed by many scholars as in essence the tacit knowledge. Then, does tacit knowledge creation have impact on the evolution of core competence? The current literature on this issue is mainly based on qualitative analysis instead of quantitative analysis. In this paper, on the basis of the questionnaire surveys of hundreds of senior managers sampled mainly from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing and Jiangxi, the empirical Study is carried out to test the relationship between tacit knowledge creation and the evolution of core competence. The result shows that tacit knowledge creation has significant impact on the evolution of core competence, Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the enterprises to create tacit knowledge.
