摘要
High-speed expansion of city size has been increasing the difficulty of management and services of city departments. And now, more and more the mature GIS technologies, such as digital map, spatial analysis, etc, play an important role in the urban services. This paper will focus on the GIS technology in the urban service hotline based on the GIS platform development of the urban service hotline of 12319.
