When facing conflict, people could seldom distinguish the source and the actual factors of conflict so that negative emotion of anger and hostility are likely to be generated. People sometimes escape silently or present destructive or revengeful behaviors that the conflict is increased. Based on the content, theory, and relevant research on Conflict Management, this study tends to explore the verification of literatures, theories, and practice. With Hi-tech industry in Hsinchu Science Park as the research subject, the supervisors and the employees are collected data with questionnaire survey. With convenience sampling, total 1200 copies are distributed and 736 valid ones are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 61%. Factor Analysis, reliability and validity analyses, and Regression Analysis are further applied to testing the collected data for the hypotheses. The research outcomes show significantly positive correlations between Conflict Management and (1) Individual Dispute, (2) Collective Dispute, (3) Dispute of Rights, (4) Dispute of Interest in Labor Dispute, and (5) outstanding differences in the correlations between Conflict Management and Labor Dispute because of demographic variables.
