摘要：
This paper is dedicated to education and development of staff employed in 4* hotels located in the capital city of the Czech Republic, Prague. The aim of this paper is to analyze education and development of these employees in a relatively homogeneous group of hotels. Based on the analysis, general standardization of personnel's activities is proposed for the chosen type, category and class of hotels. There were 42 employees and 6 human resources managers filed into the research in Prague hotels.
