"Voprosy Istorii" history journal presents the order by Staff of the 11th Panzer Division of the German Army dated June 22, 1941. It was designed to raise the fighting spirit of the Wehrmacht soldiers before the attack on the USSR. The document is contained in Central Archive of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
