摘要：

China's textile and garment industry is declined by the fluctuation of world economy, appreciation of Chinese currency and increment of labor cost. Based on the industrial chain management theory, this paper aims to find the constraints on the industrial chain and propose how to enhance the international competiveness of textile and garment industry.
