摘要：

The innovative and applied talent training in dyeing and finishing on the "3+ 1" talent training mode was studied in the paper. Through a large number of practical enterprise investigation, the curriculum system of dyeing and finishing has been adjusted, especially in the professional practice course. At the same time, the construction of "double-type" teachers were strengthened. The innovation of the teaching method and means was carried out in the new mode.
