摘要
Frequency domain methods are an important tool for the analysis and design of linear systems. This work presents a stability-analysis method based on the application of minimum-phase system properties to the frequency response of a nonlinear system linearized around a steady-state solution. The method is particularly suitable for high-frequency circuits design, although it can be generalized to any non-linear system. The proposed method is applied here to a millimeter-wave oscillator based on a resonant tunnel diode.
