摘要
This paper examines what public sector institutions can learn from the private sector in the realm of values. It begins by examining the values that are important in the public sector and suggests how they may limit the applicability of private sector values. The paper of how the introduction of private sector values has led to efficiency savings within an NHS Trust to illustrate the scope for ethical learning between the two sectors.
