摘要
With the advancement of 3D scanning technology and the prevalence of other related software, the demand for 3D scanning fidelity is highlighted. Although the problems such as scanning blind areas and data loss for 3D whole body scanner have not yet been solved, 3D scanner data is required to be true and complete. As a result, data recovery deduced from 3D reverse engineering software cannot meet the demand. Whole body scanner, on one hand, may miss data, but on the other hand, it can obtain whole body data quickly. Local scanner cannot obtain whole body data in a short time, but it can conveniently obtain local data which is difficult for whole body scanner to get. The study analyzes the necessity for combing different scanners and discusses data merging methods based on axillary data. The way to obtain the most true and effective data by 3D scanners available has been put forward to solve the problems in present 3D scanning field to meet needs and provide reference for improvement of follow-up equipments.
