摘要：
In this paper we obtain the L-p-boundedness for the maximal functions and the singular integrals associated to surfaces (y, phi(vertical bar y vertical bar) with rough kernels, 1 < p < infinity. The analogue estimate is also established for the corresponding maximal singular integrals.
