摘要
The article addresses the role of the feasibility study in the life cycle of an ITS (intelligent transportation systems) project. The feasibility study of an ITS project is an integral part of project validation, which is conducted according to methods described in this article. Despite the importance of the feasibility study, works dedicated to the formalization of the requirements to such study are just beginning to appear in the technical and legal regulatory framework. The methods considered in this article form the basis for a preliminary national standard. (C) 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
