摘要
Based on the measured data, the uncertainty of electric vehicle charging is considered. The time distribution of the charging load of the electric vehicle is obtained by the charging start time and the duration. The objective function aims at getting the lowest cost of coal consumption and the cost of valve point. The penalty function method is used to introduce the partial constraints into the objective function, and the optimal scheduling model with the electric vehicle and wind farm is established. Finally, the cuckoo search algorithm is used to solve the model, and the correctness of the model and algorithm is verified. The results show that the spontaneous charging of electric vehicle increases the peak-valley difference of the load, and wind farms can reduce costs.
