摘要：

We show that monotone alpha-complete effect algebras with the Riesz decomposition property are sigma-homomorphic images of effect-tribes with the Riesz decomposition property, which are effect algebras of fuzzy sets closed under pointwise limits of nondecreasing fuzzy sets.
