摘要
EPC is an internationally accepted way of organizing the implementation of construction projects. Cultivating and developing engineering contracting business is very important for the development of China's construction industry. The development status and major problems of China's engineering contracting are analyzed, including China's construction enterprises generally lack of design capabilities, inadequate financing capacity, lack of a general contracting experience of complex engineering project management talent, the driving force of the law and lack of relevant supporting policies, low degree of recognition owners, imperfect development of the construction market, recent building enterprise qualifications set unreasonable. Based on the above, the development strategy framework of EPC in China's construction industry is proposed, which consists of one strategic route, two strategic themes, four strategic initiatives. Finally, the strategic measures of EPC in China's construction industry are put forward.
