摘要
With the increased use of digital devices and services, children now a days spend many hours online. Over the last years, digital devices, computers, smart boards, and the children's own smart phones are thought integrated into the teaching environments in Danish schools. It is an attempt to meet the children on the platform they like and is considered to be natural for them. The Active Digital Learning Environments in Schools, ADLES project is a European Erasmus plus project that focuses on active learning in vocational and secondary schools. This paper focuses on understanding students' expectations to future digital technologies to understand the motivation and expectation of these to the future schools. Surveys have been sent to secondary and vocational schools and this forms the basis for the discussions in this paper. The paper focuses on Denmark and two of the ADLES partner countries, Italy and Portugal, to be able to discuss regional differences in students' expectations. The result shows that students are expecting IT and advanced digital services to be part of the school educational system in the future.
