摘要
There are different optical, non-contact methods to investigate surface structures and morphologies. This paper is restricted only to those interferometric methods which are based on the speckle effect We will demonstrate how the measurement range of an angular speckle contouring technique is increased by the addition of incremental phase in?ages from the centimeter range down to the micrometer range. The angular contouring measurements to get the surface topography and to derive different surface parameters as average mean roughness, etc., were either performed on Rugo test plates where stylus profilometric measurements were carried out for reference purposes, or on composite surfaces which are even more difficult to measure. Also, the application to get surface parameters as roughness is new for contouring techniques. The method to add incremental phase images module 2 pi has already been successfully applied to speckle in-plane and out-of-plane displacement field measurements for carbon-fiber-reinforced composites. All measurements are performed without the usual vibration isolation in Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry (ESPI), and of course without the treatment of the surface with fine, white powder for contrast enhancement, which would falsify the results.
