摘要
In layman. terms, cloud computing can be described as sharing of computing services on internet. In this paper, a brief` introduction to cloud computing, its features, applications, and its limitations has been discussed. As, cloud computing involves execution of multiple activities sunultaneously, management is required for the smooth functioning of applications in a secured manner. Different load balancing techniques for the efficient resource provisioning of applications have also been discussed. The Paper concludes with a description of a framework for the development of optimized scheduling algorithm for Software as a Service based applications in secure cloud environment.
