摘要：

A mirror study design monitored the progress of five patients with a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder in a maximum-security hospital who were treated with clozapine. Patients showed a marked reduction in their requirement for nursing observations. This study adds to the evidence that clozapine may be an effective treatment for patient with this disorder.
