摘要
It is an important tendency to operate engineering project evaluation from the co-systems of economy, resources and environment, and society. This thesis reviews the existing theories and methods of engineering project evaluation, and establishes an index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of engineering project based on the co-systems, and then establishes a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, this thesis discusses the specific application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the co-systems.
