摘要：
We describe a case of recurrent episodes of resting myocardial ischaemia associated with ST elevation on ECG in different territories. Multivessel coronary artery spasm was demonstrated that was reversed with intracoronary glycerine trinitrite. (c) 2005 Published by Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
