摘要
The Elaeagnus angustifolia L. (Elaeagnaceae) species, russian olive, is frequent in Romania, usually in the Black Sea shore area and it is very little investigated for therapeutic valorification. Knowing the wide spreading of flavonoids and polyphenolcarboxylic derivatives in species of the Elaeagnaceae family and the pharmacological properties of these compounds (antioxidant, antiinflammatory, healing and colecistokinetic properties), this papers proposes to realise an HPLC analysis for absolute methanol and 50% methanol extracts (adequate solvents for polyphenolic compounds extraction) obtained from flowers and young branches. The flavonolic compounds - kaempferol (free and heterosided, probably p-cumaroil derivative), quercetol heterosided and some phenylproponic derivatives - p-cumaric acid, ferulic acid and sinapic acid have been identified and quantified. In young branches prevail the kaempferol heterosides, while in flowers the free p-cumaric acid. Both are better extracted in 50% methanol.
