摘要
Nowadays, big data has brought us a lot of results which we did not expect as before. Development of cultural and creative enterprises is greatly significant to enhance the country's cultural soft power, which is every enterprise managers need to consider. Innovation behavior of cultural and creative talents affects the relationship between incentives and analysis, whereby incentives make recommendations on the construction of cultural and creative enterprises. Using crowdsourcing method, through the cultural and creative enterprises, Jiangsu Province, dividing the questionnaire survey to obtain the relevant data, factor analysis by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions), statistical methods, correlation and regression analysis for data analysis. Finally got there is a significant correlation between incentives and technological innovation behavior.
